Move in the Miraculous!

What a powerful speaker we had this last Sunday in Shelley Hollis. One of our very favorite missionaries, we have looked forward to her visit for months. Mark and Shelley Hollis are missionaries in Sri Lanka..on the front lines, in the way of danger constantly, willing to give up all for souls.

Shelley gave us a worldview of nations lining up to thank you for sending the Gospel to their nations. What the media portrays as the world's hatred for America isn't, in fact, truth. She urged us to not just send missionaries to other countries, but to begin to reach Ulysses, reach Kansas, reach America. She stood and cried for Ulysses and my heart stopped. When was the last time I cried for Ulysses....and I am a part of this community. She has been here twice in her entire lifetime and had a deep burden for the lost of this community.

Our challenge is to not just believe what the Word says, but to back it up with action. We don't truly believe that God heals if we don't pray for the sick expecting them to be healed. We don't truly believe God wants to restore marriages if we don't stand on those promises and pray for those marriages. It's time to do what we believe is true. Put action to our faith, pray with people in the market place, in the work place, in our homes, in our schools!

It's time to be the hands of Jesus and allow His miracles to flow through our actions and words. He is just waiting for us to move out and act in faith.
